Passing the Patent Bar Review involves learning the patent laws, contained in Title 35 of the United States Code (U.S.C), and the Patent Office rules, contained in Title 37 of the Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.). Passing the Patent Bar also requires learning about patent claim drafting, which is essentially the art of describing a new invention concisely, and following several principles and rules regarding how patent claims must be drafted. Mastering patent claim drafting is not only important for passing the Patent Bar Exam, but for becoming a skilled patent. Books regarding patent law, can be found at patent law books. Should I take a Patent Bar review course, to study for the Patent Bar Exam? It is highly recommended that you take a patent bar review course.
